Play, yes, you're sleeping on a butt, but it's absolutely the most supportive pillow I've ever slept on, no matter the position. In fact, I've never been a comfortable side sleeper until I tried this pillow. Absolutely incredible.

This is the most comfortable pillow I've ever owned. It definitely stacks up against much more expensive pillows. My neck pain is gone and I get much more restful sleep.
Who knew a pillow could be so much fun while also being incredibly comfortable to sleep on? I got the ORT and it's insanely comfy. I would wake up much later than expected when sleeping on it because I slept so deeply, and it honestly makes laying in bed in general more exciting.
I must say that this ORT Buttress of mine holds my head like a glove. The round softness of the butt lobes is pure bliss. This is definitely not a novelty or adult toy, it is the real McCoy! For years I’ve used memory foam pillows, and that’s just because it’s what I grew up with. Now, changing from those, which sink and deform when used, to the buttress pillow is a true game changer! I’ve slept like a baby for weeks after receiving my pillow, and will absolutely be buying another one (and possibly accessories)!

Just to clarify the intended use — are you positioning your head between the thighs and under the cheeks?
For side sleeping (especially with the ORT), the best setup is to use one thigh to support the space between your shoulder and neck, while resting your head in the center, between the thighs and under the cheeks.
You shouldn’t be lying on top of the thighs for sleeping, as that can definitely cause discomfort.

I have had a problem sleeping for a long time. Whether it is the inability to get comfortable, or my mind racing every which way, I normally can't sleep regardless of which it is. This pillow is comfortable and I think of my partner while using it.
While it is easy to be like “oh its just a pillow” or “I’m incredibly lonely and this helps curb that”, the pillow itself feels great and helps not needing several pillows just to feel comfortable and is angled in a way to not feel like you’re laying on a brick or anything at all. It’s like a boob mousepad, you think it looks odd and then you start using it and realize it’s actually really useful
A lot of other pillows that I had tend to get warm as I keep tossing and turning with them, making them quite uncomfortable for me as a sidesleeper, especially with earbuds/headphones. But (punintended) this novelty-seeming masterpiece of a pillow didn't get so many high reviews for just novelty-seeming! The breathable fabric of the yoga-pant cover makes it much more unlikely to become hot even after frequent readjustments, and the space in-between it's thighs are perfect to rest my ears without squishing them nor my earbuds/headphones. The biggest size just so happened to fit my large body perfectly too. It will be incredibly difficult to go back to rectangles.. but it's worth it!!
